Return and Refund Policy

At Albarik, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help!

1. Returns

Eligibility: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including Under Garments, Cosmetics, and Toys.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at albarik3788@gmail.com. You will need to provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.

2. Refunds

Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

3. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same item or a different one, please contact us at albarik3788@gmail.com. We will guide you through the process.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately after receiving your parcel. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
